Accessibility Statement
Last updated June 2026
Kintalks is built for families of all abilities. We want everyone — at every age and stage — to be able to stay connected with the people they love, and that includes the way you use our website and service.
Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across our website and calling experience. Accessibility is part of how we design and build, not an afterthought.
What we’re doing
We design with sufficient colour contrast, clear focus indicators, and keyboard-navigable interfaces. Images include descriptive alternative text, motion respects your reduced-motion preference, and our scheduling and summary features are built to work with screen readers and assistive technologies.
Known limitations
We are a small team, and we may not yet have resolved every accessibility issue across the service. We are actively working to identify and close gaps. If you encounter a barrier, telling us about it directly shapes what we fix next.
Get in touch
If you experience difficulty using any part of Kintalks, or you need information provided in an alternative format, please contact us. We aim to respond to accessibility enquiries within two business days.
