These terms govern your use of Kintalks. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

Using Kintalks

Kintalks is a calling and care-coordination service for family caregivers. By creating an account you agree to use the service only for lawful, personal purposes, and you confirm you have the right to add the phone number of the loved one you connect. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Not a medical or emergency service

Kintalks provides friendly daily check-in calls and well-being summaries. It is not a medical, monitoring, or emergency service, and it is not a substitute for professional care. In an emergency, always call 911 or your local emergency number. Alerts and summaries are provided to help you stay informed, but we cannot guarantee that every change will be detected.

Free trial, subscriptions, and billing

Kintalks is offered on a monthly subscription. We capture a payment method when you set up, but you are not charged until your free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Kintalks to harass, threaten, or deceive any person; to transmit spam or unsolicited messages; or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

The Kintalks name, brand, software, and content are owned by 4 Future LLC and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our permission. You retain ownership of the information you provide.

Limitation of liability

Kintalks is provided “as is.” We make reasonable efforts to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above and, for material changes, give you notice before they take effect. Continued use of Kintalks means you accept the updated terms.
